Project Samples

Client photos are the shining stars of every project! They showcase the incredible impact of organization on both the space and the clients. Each tells a unique story and it is so rewarding to see the joy that comes from a tidy environment!

Garage Project

Goals:

  1. Get space for car to park in garage

  2. Create easily accessible tool storage on wall

  3. Make all freezers and work space accessible

  4. Set up easy recycling station

  5. Have space to grow into for canning season

The client worked side by side with the organizer in this garage, decluttering and explaining daily routines to get something that worked well for them. Some items were moved to gardening storage outside, some decluttered, and a lot just re-organized. After completing all the goals for the client, they have an easy to maintain space that aligns with their daily routines and makes life easier.

Time to complete: 11 hours over 4 sessions*

Doorway Project

Goals:

  1. Create space for gardening items that need to stay dry

  2. Make this door accessible

  3. Fire safety - remove hay for gardening beds

The client made quick decisions about the items on this patio, decluttering and giving homes for items that were not needed in this space. After getting this information, we were able to quickly complete all the goals for the client and they now have an easy to access and safe doorway.

Time to complete: 1.5 hours*

Pantry Project

Goals:

  1. Remove anything expired or that doesn't belong in the pantry

  2. Bring most used items to the forefront

  3. Only use existing bins / containers

The client gave us free reign on this pantry after going over their goals and removing items that were not needed in this space. After getting this information, we were able to quickly complete all the goals for the client and they now have an easy to use and upkeep pantry

Time to complete: 2 hours*

Backyard Project

Goals:

  1. Remove anything that is garbage or damaged

  2. Create storage of construction material for winter

  3. Clear as much away from the house as possible

  4. Store gardening and pool items for winter in newly aquired shed

  5. Create space to store chairs and outside infant toys on the porch

This backyard project was a heavy one. After going over the goals and removing items that were garbage or belonged elsewhere we got to work. We filled a trailer with items for the dump and brought old paint, oil, and gasoline to recycling at Augusta.

The shed was recently built and the most important goal was to get everything secure before the winter cold hits, so in the spring we will revisit with organizing the items now residing in the shed with some new products.

Time to complete: 13 hours*

Extra fees: Dump fee and gasoline disposal fee Approximately $75

* The times these projects were completed in are specific to the project and can drastically change based on goals, client involvement, amount of items to organize, and space available. These times do not include shopping for new organizational products.

"Adria at Sunshine Organizing did an amazing job helping me tidy and organize my
garage. She had loads of wonderful ideas for placement and containment of items.
Adria listened when I said what wouldn’t work so well and why. She was able to grasp
my routines and methods of doing things and was happy to modify her suggestions or
think of alternate solutions that would suit me better.

Thank you Adria! Thank you Sunshine Organizing!!"
